Edward Boyle Realty was established in 1997 and has been a family business ever since. Originally we specialized in residential real estate but more recently we have been expanding our efforts into the commercial real estate market - specifically Restaurants and Bars. Edward Boyle Realty is licensed as a broker in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. We are also a licensed HUD broker and are licensed as an Auctioneer in Hennepin County Minnesota. Edward Boyle Realty has for some years now operated a "Rewards" program which unlike many other loyalty programs provides real and generous gifts to our clients in the form of Airline Tickets, Gift Certicates at local Retailers and even Cash. Most "Rewards" have fallen in the range of $800 - $1200.

Edward Boyle Realty specializes in working with first time home buyers and clients seeking to buy or sell commercial properties or small businesses. We support and work with clients from many different countries who are new to the intricacies and pitfalls of buying and selling homes or businesses in the United States. Our clients have included immigrants from Eastern Europe, India and Pakistan, the Middle East, Africa, Mexico, the Caribbean, South America and China and Korea. We have served the needs of clients from Tibet, Palestine, Bosnia, Somalia and Ethiopia and are well aware of the barriers that many immigrants must overcome to settle here and the different cultural obstacles they face. Edward Boyle is himself an immigrant from Scotland and although versed in Spanish, French and Latin, is fluent in none of them and after 30 years in the United States still speaks with a Scottish acccent.
