About Us:

What sets you apart from other agents/loan officers? Living and working in this unique and beautiful community is a dream come true for me. Community involvement is a family affair. I've had the privilage of servicing on our local school board, president of our Lake Arrowhead Communities Chamber of Commerce and of the Rim of the World Association of Realtors. I currently sit on the Land Use and Environmental Committee of the California Association of Realtors. I have qualified as a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) with 95 hours of additional study in the practice of Real Estate. My husband, Duane, and I own a General Engineering firm. He has chaired the Contractors Association and the Rim of the World Recreation Park District. Our oldest daughter, Allison, owns the Allstate Insurance Agency in our community and serves as a director on the Arrowhead Architechual Committee. With our combined knowledge and expertise in all things Lake Arrowhead, I can offer a unique perspective to buyers in search of our unique lifestyle. It has been my pleasure to represent many owners in the sale of their Lakefront estates as well as those wishing to sell their vacatin cabins. Currently, we are experiencing a greater number of lender owned (REO) properties in our mountain community. We will provide profiles of these properties and guide buyers through the escrow process. Lake Arrowhead is unique in that property owners in an area around the Lake know as Arrowhead Woods are the owners of the Lake. Only owners in Arrowhead Woods area have access to the Lake. Many of our roads are not maintained - proving to be a problem if winter access is important to you. Using a local Realtor when buying or selling is essential.
