About Us:
I have been in the maintenance field for over 13 years. In this time span I have become very familiar with many aspects of differant trades. I have an EPA universal air-condition certification. I am a Class "C" water operated and I have completed an exhausting three week training by A-Hit one of the leaders in the Home Inspection business. My Inspection is designed to protect you and your family from potential fire, health and safety concerns that are usually not visible to the untrained eye. We where down to the wire for the low interest rate. The Town could not find the CO and told us they would except a Home inspection report before issuing the CO. Chris came out on a Saturday for the inspection and found items the electrical Inspector missed. I walked around with Chris and he took the time to explain some issues with me. He did find there was no fire separation between the house and the garage. Chris sent us some information on what is needed for the fire separation.
