I have Over 10 yrs of Residential Real Estate experience, I work with Buyers and Sellers to meet their needs, I cover 1hr from Londonderry including NMass. I am active within my town & board.

I have been in Real Estate for a number of years, originally licensed in Massachusetts back in 1986 (still an active agent for MA) and I obtained my NH license in 2002. I've worked with Buyers/Sellers in slow and hot markets and I have the experience to assist both with their needs. I have been active in my Real Estate Board since 2002, holding various seats on Committees and keeping myself up to date on Real Estate law and trends.I am a certified Buyers Agent, graduate of Leaders Choice Real Estate course.

I use my knowledge to assist Buyers and Sellers navigate todays market, because knowledge is power and I believe that a well educated Client is the best type of Buyer/Seller to work with. I take the time to inform my Clients about license law, agency disclosures as well as market trends and anything else that might be important to a prospective client.

Areas of Expertise

I have specialized in Residential Real Estate from mobile homes and condos to residential houses. I generally will work within a 1hour drive from Londonderry, this includes Northern Massachusetts. Some of the NH Towns I work in are Nashua, Manchester, Amherst, Merrimack, Litchfield, Derry, Salem, Windham, Pelham, Hookset and Goffstown. In MA I work in Dracut, Methuen, Haverhill, Chelmsford and Tyngsboro. I believe in covering a broad range in the residential market and I am associated with the largest Real Estate Company in New Hampshire. We offer an umbrella of services related to Real Estate such as Mortgage, Title, Insurance and Home Warranty services.
