I've been a licensed real estate professional in Seattle since 1999, and I've been working from John L. Scott's Seattle Center office since 2004.  Through Braxtan Real Estate, I work with Buyers, Sellers and Investors in residential real estate.  I specialize in the neighborhoods mentioned on our website, and I'm familiar with all the communities in King County.  If you're property search takes you out of King County, I would be happy to help you locate a qualified agent who specializes in your desired area.

Braxtan Real Estate has a strong commitment to supporting non-profit organizations and the work that they do.  10% of our net commissions are contributed to non-profit organizations that our clients and I choose together, and each contribution can be made in the client's name, our name or anonymously.
