| I would like to say what a wonderful experience I had selling my home, thanks to Lori Fuller at RE/MAX North in Northbrook, Illinois. Even though my home is small, Lori gave me the kind of first-rate service and attention that one would expect from a multi-million dollar sale. Her professionalism, courtesy, and expertise were unmatched.
We needed to sell our home quickly because of an out-of-state move. Lori gave us explicit directions on what we needed to do to prepare the house for showing as well as advice on an appropriate asking price. She then put our home on multiple real estate listings, created a website for us, posted a beautiful sign, designed promotional literature, set up a broker's open house and advertised in local papers. From the day the house went on the market, we had a constant stream of showings. Not only were we pleased with the asking price, but we also received numerous compliments from the buyers' brokers on how well our home was priced...
Despite all the people who said we'd never sell quickly because of the time of year (approaching Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays), the economy, etc., WE SOLD OUR HOUSE WITHIN TWO WEEKS!
After that, Lori and members fo her office personally walked me through the sale contract clauses, kept me updated with phone calls and copies of all correspondence from the buyers, and facilitated what was probably one of the smoothest-and fastest- closings on record! Even better, when we are ready someday to buy another home in our new state, her office will still be able to help us!

We first contacted The Fuller Force in May as a recommendation from a friend. Our lease was up in September, but we couldn't wait to get started. At the first meeting, The Fuller Force walked us through the process of buying a house. They explained when we need a lender, lawyer and inspector. They also gave us contact numbers of multiple lending agents, lawyers, inspectors, movers, and anything else we would need. One of the first things they did was ask us what kind of house were looking for. Then they set us up on the MLS listing service website. We would get emails informing us whenever houses were available in our price range, location, and required size. We could go to the Internet site and look at pictures of the houses. We could also make comments and indicate if we liked the look of a place or not. These comments helped Bryce and Lori get an even better idea of what we were looking for. We finally started walking through houses in mid June. Bryce and Lori met with us and helped us get an idea of what the differences were in each house. They could explain when a house had pergo vs. hardwood floors, ceramic vs. vinyl tile, etc. We never felt pressured to buy a house, but Bryce and Lori were there to answer all our questions. They were always flexible with there schedules so we had no trouble finding time to house hunt. On our fourth trip house hunting we found the house we were looking for. The Fullers helped us make an offer on the house and by the end of the day we had the house at several thousand dollars under the listing price. The Fullers continued to be helpful up through the closing date. They worked closely with the lenders, lawyer, and inspector to make sure that everything ran smoothly for us. Someone was always available to answer our phone calls or reply to any emails that we sent. All in all it was a great experience buying our first house. The Fullers did a great job of making us feel comfortable and always answered our questions. We got the type of place we were hoping for in a great location at a price that was in our price range. We will be recommending the Fullers to anybody we know who is considering buying or selling a house, and we will definitely use them when we are ready to move out of our first house.
