After 17 yrs of commuting to the bay area and working in the computer science and technology fields, I began my real estate career as a REALTOR® in 2003. In 2006 I was fortunate to be a graduate of the best Leadership Modesto class; offered by Modesto Chamber of Commerce. In 2007, I had the opportunity to manage two of Century 21 M&M and Assoc. offices; one of the largest real estate firms in the valley. I gained great experience and knowledge during year of management at C21. Subsequently I made the move to Keller Williams Realty in Modesto to further expand my knowledge and experience while working directly with the consumers and serving my clients. Meanwhile, in 2007, I served as a board director and was elected as the incoming president (2010) at Central Valley Association of Realtors (CVAR), furthermore serving as a board director at the California Association of Realtors, representing our association and region. I am very excited about the skills, techniques and strategies I offer my clients to better serve their needs in our increasingly challenging, competitive and ever shifting market.

I focus on the Stanislaus County communities as well as the southern parts of San Joaquin county. I concentrate on homes for sale in Modesto and the surrounding areas (Oakdale, Turlock, Ceres, Salida, Patterson) where I live.
