A few years ago my husband and I decided to buy a new home; consequently, we needed to sell our primary residence and an investment property within the same row house complex in less than 3 weeks, with no agent! Immediately, I went to work to de-clutter, de-personalize and accessorize each home to appeal to any potential buyer. Essentially, I went to work to Stage our two condos in order to showcase their unique features.
         I had successful results, as both condos sold within three weeks of the first open house!  We then moved to our current home and I decorated it in a Stage to Live manner -- another service we offer-- for those who already live in the home of their dreams and just need a little guidance on functional, decorative, living. Today I am putting a passion of mine together with my professional training to work for others. I am an Accredited Staging Professional, ASP, and a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals, IAHSP, as well as RESA!
