- Reverse Mortgages We can provide reserve mortgages for clients aged 62 and up. This is an innovative product which allows you to convert your home equity into one or more payments while retaining ownership of your home and avoiding monthly payments. - Commercial We can provide commercial loans for a wide variety of properties, including apartment buildings, office buildings, gas stations, motels, 5+ unit residential properties, and warehouse/industrial space. In some cases, we can partner with the SBA (Small Business Administration) to go to 90% LTV, meaning you would only have to come up with 10% down!
- Land/Development We provide raw land and development/construction financing for a variety of projects. We can go as high as 90% LTV on raw land, meaning you would only have to come up with 10% down, and as high as 100% on certain construction loans!

We just wanted to thank you for helping us out with getting cash out of our home to consolidate our debt and lower our monthly payments. We were really impressed with how you told us what to expect along the way. After paying off our car and two credit cards, we saved over $400 a month and got out of hot water with our mortgage company and our creditors. Our loan was definitely not an easy one to do. We had just moved in 8 months prior and there's not a lot of new homes in our area, so finding houses like ours that had appreciated wasn't easy at all. I signed up as a co-signer on a loan with my brother, who pays with cash so we couldn't prove it wasn't my debt. I just moved into my new house and wanted to let you know how grateful I am to you for your help. I never thought I'd be able to own my own home, especially considering my situation, but you said it could be done and you were right! Due to some bad choices in my past, I had to file bankruptcy 18 months ago. I thought for sure that would disqualify me from getting a loan, especially without any money to put down. You said it could be done so I decided to move forward, even though I was doubtful. I'm a union worker and was between assignments, so I had almost no money to put down and my income wasn't great either. After getting me prequalified and letting me know what the payments would look like, you set me up with an agent you know in my area. She was really great and after looking at a few places, we made a few offers and actually got one accepted! You kept me updated along the way, let me know what to expect and let me know right away when there were potential issues. Even after all that, you put it together so that I didn't have to come in with anything more than my earnest money and I even got some money back after closing.
