SAPPHIRE STAGING CONSULTATION (approx. 2 hours | $175.00): For homeowners who prefer a personal approach to resolving their staging uncertainties. Our Sapphire Consultant will do a walk-through inspection of your house to evaluate it's market appeal. You will be provided with a complete list of recommendations and low-cost solutions that, once completed, will enhance your chances of selling quickly for a price you are happy with. 

SAPPHIRE PLUS CONSULTATION (3 hours | $230.00): Begins with the 2 hour staging consultation and then we stay to do a one-hour, 'hands-on' staging session. During that time we will work with you to stage a room(s) in your home. This consultation will definitely steer you in the right direction.

COMPREHENSIVE DIY CONSULTATION (package $350.00): Our consultant will visit your home to take photos and measurements of each room. We will create a detailed report for the serious Do-it-Yourselfer to easily follow. The recommendations will include paint colours, floor plans for furniture placement, staging accessory advice, lighting, and tips on preparing for an open house.

ONLINE CONSULTATIONS: An innovative new staging tool designed to assist you in preparing your property for sale. With Sapphire Online Staging Packages starting for as little as $79.00, this service is a convenient and affordable step to marketing your home effectively.

• Ideal for homeowners who want professional guidance and advice but would like to do the actual staging themselves.
• For Real Estate Agents who want to provide professional and valuable staging recommendations and advice, specific to their clients property's.

SHOWCASING/STAGING DAY:  This is the finishing touch; the crucial step that will really help the buyer to emotionally connect to the house, through strategic furniture placement, art, lighting, and accessories. We have created customized home staging packages to fit your needs and your budget. Pricing is based upon the size and scope of each project. We will provide you with quotes and then the choice is yours. As part of our showcasing packages, the 'After Staging' photographs are provided to you to be used in your marketing, internet and print advertising. We use as much of your existing furnishings as possible. Additional accessories required to enhance the space and create the look that buyers want, may be rented on a monthly basis, making this a low cost, high impact method of acheiving your goals, quickly and efficiently.
