We were very active brokers in this market long before anyone could find it on the map. We watched this market soar like most.  Yet today we are looking at a very changed market, one that offers some tremendous opportunities for first time buyers as well as investors. Sellers, either of REO assets or fair market properties, must absolutely be educated on the competition they face in this new market. When we are not working, we like to enjoy all the mountains have to offer.  We enjoy the outdoors, spending time at our place on Lake Chatuge, fishing and whitewater rafting on nearby rivers.  Our favorite thing to do is hop on our motorcycles and feel the "breeze on our knees" and ride.  The mountains of Northeast Georgia and Western North Carolina have the best riding roads in the country.

Living in the beautiful mountains of that surround Northeast Georgia and Western North Carolina, we are perfectly situated right on the NC/GA line.  Our markets include the towns of Hiawassee, Young Harris, Blairsville, Blue Ridge, Mineral Bluff, Epworth, McCayesville and Morganton in Georgia and, in North Carolina, the towns of Murphy, Andrews, Brasstown, Culberson, Hayesville, Marble, Warne, Nantahala, Topton and Robbinsville.  Of course there are small towns and communities within those areas that are too numerous to mention but you get the idea!
