I have been a Realtor in Longmont, Colorado for just over 6 years and work with new buyers, resales and investors, so I guess that is basically everyone! My main goal is to provide you with useful information reagarding home sales, how to choose the "right" property, making an offer, negotiating, financing, mortgage rates, moving, and everything involved in making an informed real estate decision in today´s market. My business is mainly build on referrals.

 

Some of my areas of expertise

I have recently just completed the Certified Home Rescue Expert certification which gives me the tools to help people that are currently in a difficult position concerning their homes.
