I grew up in, and currently reside in Skippack, PA. I graduated from Ursinus College with a degree in Economics and Business Administration in 1992.
My wife, Donna and I have 3 children and 3 dogs. We enjoy spending time together in family activities like rollerblading, fishing, and quoits; and we are active in our church, where I am a pianist and organist. Music is an important part of our lives, and we all play at least one musical instrument.
My background is in the construction equipment industry, specifically drilling and blasting. After several successful years in the industry, handling many different responsibilities from sales and service to management, I decided to enter the exciting world of real estate.
I am trained in Real Estate Practice, Economics, Financing, Legal Aspects, Appraisal, Investments, Exchanges, Taxation, Residential Construction, and Creative Financing. I earned my Real Estate Broker's License in 2007.
I am designated as a Certified EcoBroker, Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Quality Service Certified (QSC), Residential Finance Specialist (RFS), Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist (RECS), and e-PRO by the National Association of REALTORS, and eCertified by Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, which means I use the latest technology to assist my clients with their real estate needs. I am also certified as a Relocation Specialist by Prudential Real Estate Affiliates.
I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS, and the Montgomery County Association of REALTORS. I am also a member of the Council of Residential Specialists, The Real Estate Cyberspace Society, and Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council Inc.

The operation of Prudential Gulick, REALTORS is led by Broker/Owner Barbara J. Gulick. Barb has been enjoying a successful career as a REALTOR since 1975. In 1979, she earned her broker's license and became a manager of a branch office of another real estate company. She operated in that capacity for 3 1/2 years.
She and a partner opened their own business in 1987, which they operated until 1998. At that time, Barb started Prudential Gulick, REALTORS as a Broker Owner.
Since then, the company has enjoyed continued growth by aggressively working the real estate market from its Audubon PA location.
Barb has earned the designations of GRI, CRS, CRB, ABR, and is eCertified. She was elected as Real Estate Associate of the year in 1985, and served as President of the Central Montgomery County Board of REALTORS in 1997. She has served on various committees locally and at the state level for the Boards of REALTORS.
Since opening in the local market, Prudential Gulick, REALTORS has become a leading and respected office in Montgomery and Chester counties.
In 2004, we moved into a new larger office approximately one block from the location of our previous office. This new facility provides us with a greater capacity to serve our clients.
