About Us:

I've been in Real Estate for over 15 years.....the last 11 years in the disclosure industry.  I am presently the vice president of Disclosure Source, one of California's leading hazard disclosure companies.  I travel throughout the state, providing educational seminars on agent/seller disclosure requirements.  What I have found during my years in this industry is that agents know very little about what they are required, by law, to disclose. 

Realtors choose disclosure companies for all the wrong reasons, not realizing that the disclosure industry is unregulated. For that reason alone, they should stop and take the time for a little due dilligence.
