Cathy is not the typical 9-5 agent. Late one Friday evening I walked into the office and was greeted by Cathy. I apologized for it being after 5 p.m. but explained that I was from out of town and was taking one last shot at trying to find my dream property in or around the Lexington area. I had been to several other offices that day and was left feeling that my wants and needs were impossible. I have to say that she took the time to listen to me, and to my surprise she promptly started pulling listings and going over them with me. Departing some 90 minutes later I was armed with a map of the area and a feeling of good things to come. I called Cathy on Monday after looking over the listings and asked if there was anyway at all I could see several of them that day?. Cathy said "She would see what she could do and would call me back." A half hour later I get a call and she had confirmed appointments for 5 out of the 6 listings I wanted to see. Close but not quite, she asked if she could look a little further out. Keeping in touch with me on a regular basis, Cathy said" Don't give up, if it's out there I will find it" A week later she did!
Cathy goes above and beyond what I'd expect from an agent. I was approved for my loan contingent upon the appraisal and when a major glitch caused the bank to deny. Cathy's instincts told her something was not right with the report and worked overtime to verify each detail. She did not give up and needless to say she found many an error, The bank was impressed with her report to them and ordered a new appraisal. She stayed on top of it the whole time, 5 days later I had my loan.
We closed in November and Cathy was right beside me until the end. Cathy will be my go to gal on all of my real estate needs.
