Professional Designations and Experience

 As Founder/Owner, Janine Wilson holds the CEBA and CEBA-Master level designations, the two highest and most Exclusive National designations for Buyer Agency and EXCLUSIVE BUYER AGENCY! (CEBA stands for nationally Certified Exclusive Buyer Agent and the training and examinations are rigorous).  The Master level is only attained from additional educational training, service to the real estate industry, continuing education after receiving the designation, excellence in the field, among a few of the criteria.

 Additionally, Janine has earned the following national designations: ABR (Accredited Buyer Agent), CRB (Certified Residential Brokerage Manager), e-PRO, SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute-TN).

Janine works well with her fellow Realtors, an asset when submitting Buyer offers to the listing agents.  "I have been fortunate over the past years to become better acquainted with many more of the almost 1700 real estate agents in our area, as the elected TN/VA MLS President for 2008.  As one of only 9 elected NETAR MLS Directors, I have served as MLS Director since 2005.  My second 3 year term does not expire until the end of 2010.  I am currently the national Convention Chair of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA) for the January 2010 convention."

As the ONLY Nationally Certified and Accredited EXCLUSIVE BUYER AGENCY in NE Tennessee, we cover only the areas and counties NW of Knoxville in the area known as NORTHEAST TENNESSEE: Counties: Washington, Sullivan, Carter, Johnson, Unicoi, Greene and Hawkins.

Dean Wilson.

Both Wilsons were '69 graduates of UNC-Chapel Hill and have lived in the Tri-Cities for over 30 years.  They have been instrumental in attracting and assisting many physicians to the nationally ranked Quillen College of Medicine and to the vast, renowned Medical Community  in the Tri-Cities.

Janine Wilson has received the NETAR Mark Keesecker Humanitarian Award (2008), and many NETAR GOLD Circle Service Awards, a NETAR Silver Circle Service Award, NETAR Sales Achievement Awards, NAEBA Excellence Award, and the top award from NAEBA Referral Service in 2007 for the "best conversion of referrals to satisfied buyers".

A truly unique and great adventure......... this would be an understatement of my first experience with Janine Wilson of A Buyer's Best Choice Realty.  My family and I recently mad a big life change.  We moved from Arkansas (our home of 31 years) to East Tennessee.  Why?  We liked the way it looked on the Internet!  Seriously, we were somewhat more practical in our thinking.  Enter Janine who came highly recommended.  We targeted a week in May for the first leg of our journey........ finding our two homes within seven days.   Janine proved not only to be our Broker, but a friend, cohort, tour guide, and guardian angel....  what a job description.  She spent untold hours with us.  her tireless enthusiasm and endless endurance became addictive.  We were on a quest!  At the end of the week, we made two offers on two beautiful homes and traveled back to Arkansas to finish business before the big move in June.

We retired to NE Tennessee from Denver, California, and other states via Chattanooga, TN....
