About Us:

Hello!  My name is Chris Edgecomb, a member of The Edgecomb Team.  I work out of Keller Williams Lanier Partners in Dawsonville, GA which is a satellite office of the Lanier Partners in Gainesville.  I serve the communities of communities of Dawsonville, Ball Ground, Canton, Gainesville, Dahlonega, and Cumming, Georgia!  I specialize in the resale of single family residential properties.  I would love to answer any questions of address any concerns you have about buying or selling a home!

So why should you choose me to represent you?  Well, my real estate beliefs are based off of honor, trust, and integrity.  I will never steer any of my clients wrong.  Communication is absolutely key in any real estate transaction - and that is something you can expect from myself.  If you are buying a home, I make sure to listen to your wants and must haves in a home you are looking for, which means that I don't waste your time.  If you are selling your home, I make sure to have weekly communication with you on who has shown your house and what they have thought.  For sellers, I also make sure to design a custom marketing plan that ensures it is seen by potential buyers.
