We specialize in representing clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences, condo's, townhomes and investment property within the cities of Metro Atlanta. We keep current of all transactions in these areas, and are very knowledgeable with the local schools. We have worked with Bellsouth and Coca-Cola on relocating their employees into and out of Georgia.

We also work as market consultants to assist homeowners that are facing forclosure.  We help educate those facing foreclosure understand the options that are available to them through the lender(s) that have their loans.  We are glad to HELP people stay in the homes that they worked so hard to get.

I have been in Metro Atlanta for 30+ years. I know the area.  We will discuss your needs and then I will go to work to find you the home that you want. In addition to work we enjoy: Family, golf, traveling, participating in local recreation activities and volunteering with various youth programs, The Red Cross and Habitat For Humanity.

After dreaming of buying my own home for several years, I decided to take the leap. I knew my credit was good, and that I could afford the monthly payment. However, the down payment would be an obstacle. I asked Norma about the 100% finance plan, even though I suspected it to be too good to be true. She and my loan officer explained everything in full detail, and I soon knew that it was the plan for me. One hundred percent financing allows the seller to pay the down payment. (It is considered a gift.) So, now I have 5% of my loan amount already paid, and all I put down was five hundred dollars. . .the fee for the finance program. Also, I was able to close on the house in just ten days after making the offer. With the money I saved, I am now dreaming of all the furniture I'm going to buy! Thanks for everything Kristin Walker
