About Douglas

I've been selling real estate for over 20 years serving Pierce & Kitsap Counties, Gig Harbor and Fox Island. Many years ago I realized that almost every agent was working for Sellers as "Listing Agents".  It seemed to me that in every transaction there was also a "Buyer" who had little if any representation.  When Washington State changed the law to allow for "Buyers Agents" I immediatly took as many advanced classes on Buyer Representation and focused my business model on representing Buyers needs... To that end I believe every one of my past clients have had the best representation available.  My work ethics and determination to do the best job possible for all my clients have been my guiding force.
