Many years ago I realized that almost every agent was seeking to work for Sellers as "Listing Agents".  It seemed to me that in every transaction there was also a "Buyer" who had little if any representation.  When Washington State changed the law to allow for "Buyers Agents" I immediatly took as many advanced classes on Buyer Representation and focused my business model on representing Buyers needs...
