About Cesar

 

Cesar Bautista is a long-time residence on the central coast since 1977.  He was born in the Philippines and his family immigrated to Los Angeles, California.  In 1977, the family moved to Arroyo Grande and planted roots in the area.  Cesar attended Arroyo Grande High School.  After high school graduation, Cesar spent the next five years serving as a missionary in the Philippines for a non-profit, Christian organization called Youth With a Mission. 

Cesar's return to California marked the start of his higher educational pursuit.  This trek started at Allan Hancock College in Santa Maria where he earned two AA degrees.  He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo.  

After graduation from college, Cesar joined the Department of Corrections as a youth correctional counselor in Paso Robles.  After three years at California Youth Authority, he promoted to parole agent.  This challenging field provided Cesar with a variety of experiences in dealing with challenging clients, case management,  parolee assistance into community, and enforcing parole conditions.

In June 2005, Cesar received his real estate license.  In March 2007, he joined Keller Williams Realty Coastal Valley in Santa Maria.   He specializes in residential properties in Santa Maria, Orcutt, Nipomo, Arroyo Grande, Pismo Beach, Grover Beach, Oceano, Shell Beach, San Luis Obispo and the surrounding area.  He utilizes his work experiences, technology, formal education, local experience, and energy to help others in real estate.    

                                                                                                                                             

Cesar is a member of Church For Life in Santa Maria; serves  as an usher.  He is an active member of Filipino/America Association in Santa Maria.  Additionally, he is a member of Santa Maria  Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and National Assocation of Realtors.
