I am Broker/Owner of Showcase Homes, LLC. We service the following areas including; Belleville, Brownstown, Van Buren Township, Romulus, Canton, Livonia, Northville, Taylor, Trenton, Ypsilanti Township and Augusta Township.
I started my company in the fourth quarter of 2006. I believe the future in Real Estate will be web based, no need for "brick and motor". Buyers and sellers start their search on the internet, according to the 2006 National Association of Realtors Profile of Homebuyers and Sellers but 81% used an Agent they found on the internet. The Top 2 sources buyers used to gain information in the search for a new home were: Realtors - 85% and the internet - 80% according to the same survey.
