I am a Certified Mortgage Planner (CMPS) with over 25 years of mortgage banking experience. I have worked for both very large financial institutions such as Chase Home Mortgage and City Federal Savings & Loan before becoming an independent mortgage banker. As an independent mortgage banker, we operate very similar to an independent insurance agent. We shop our investor database of over 100 different lenders to find the best mortgage loan program for my client. After 25 years of planning mortgages for my clients, I consider myself to be an expert in all types of residential home loans. We offer Fannie Mae (FNMA) and Freddie Mac (FHLMC) mortgage loans for our excellent credit borrowers. We offer Alt A mortgage loan programs for those clients who have difficulty documenting their income. We offer FHA mortgage loan programs for first time homebuyers. We offer VA loans for our military veterans and active duty personnel. We offer A minus and subprime products for our clients who have credit challenges down to credit scores as low as 500.
