About Us:
I have been specializing in the Vancouver condominium market since 1981 and am very knowledgeable about that specific market, with a focus on the waterfront neighbourhoods of Coal Harbour, West End, Kitsilano, Downtown, False Creek North, Coopers Landing and False Creek.
I believe that a happy client is an educated client who is kept well informed of the process, so I have documented the process of buying and selling in order to achieve this end. Being an efficient individual, I have check lists for all my processes. Also, I attend an annual real estate convention to keep abreast of technology and marketing changes and am constantly researching to keep abreast of technology. In addition, I attend as many course as possible at the real estate board of greater vanouver to keep in touch with the changing legalities of my business.
I work a lot with investors from outside of Vanouver and Canada, so I am knowledgable about what is required as a non canadian buyer or seller. Also, they benefit from the excellent group of professionals that i have developed and who are part of the real estate process.
What sets me apart from other realtors - my years of experience in the business, which includes working with buyers and sellers in every market imagineable and what it takes for an individual to be successful in a specific market. It takes knowledgeable realtor for a seller to achieve a successful sale when its a buyer's market. It is extremely important that a seller receives the best representation when selling in a seller's market and has multiple offers to deal with and knows the legalities of this specific situation. Its not about making the sale, its about giving sound advice that builds a long term relationship with the client.

I specialize in the Vancouver condominium market and have an in depth knowledge of such. My specific neighbourhoods are the waterfront neighbourhoods of Vancouver - Coal Harbour, Kitsilano, Coopers Landing, Downtown & Yaletown and False Creek North, the West End and False Creek. Half of my business is out of town buyers who love Vanvouver's #1 waterfront community - Coal Harbour , a high end, luxurious neighbourhood , soon to be home to North America's first Shangri-la Hotel. And home to Fairmont Residences on the waterfront, Ritz-Carlton and Residences on Georgia. Downtown has more reasonably priced suites that atract investorrs and first time buyers. Kitsilano has long been a favourite hood for Vancouverites, featuring excellent restaurants, organic supermarkets, fabulous kits beach & outdoor pool. The West End provides good value and borders Stanley Park and boasts lovely beaches at English Bay. False Creek is a sleeper but soon to be awakened as the Olympic Village on the s.e. side of the creek is beginning construction.
The West End and Kits were developed as condo neighbourhoods in the late 70s and early 80s, followed by False Creek. The downtown peninsula started to be developed in the mid 90s (on the expo'86 lands) and includes Yaletown and Tinseltown. Gastown has beautiful old character brick buildings and is undergoing a renaissance. Coal Harbour came about in the late 90s and False Creek North (also known as Beach Cresent ) was built at the turn of the millenium. Coopers Landing is now coming onstream and is east of the Cambie street bridge.
