The current economic climate poses many challenges to the real estate market. Such challenges are essential to growth and excellence. They are a test of time, and whoever withstands them and continually works hard through them, will eventually excel and go a long way. Challenges also breed creativity, which in turn leads to success and stability. My latest sales statistics: Properties listed by me have gone for 97.28% of the listed price at an average. They have stayed on the market an average of 53 days. I have sold 40% of my listings myself - indicative of my marketing successes generating many prospective buyers on my own. My 2008 gross volume sold is 107% more than 2007, in spite of the slower market. After having received the prestigious NJAR Circle of Excellence (earlier the NJ Million Dollar Sales Club) award for 2005, 2006 & 2007, I am optimistic about receiving it this year as well, hopefully at the next higher level!
