As the Customer Service Coordinator for Beverly-Hanks & Associates, I would be happy to assist you with your search for property.  I have access to all of the most updated and current listing information in the Western North Carolina Region and I can search based on your criteria and email the results to you.

My name is Richard Hoffart and I am a licensed North Carolina real estate agent and the customer service coordinator for Beverly-Hanks & Associates, Realtors. We are the largest and best full service real estate company in Western North Carolina. As I am sure you are aware, finding a home is only part of the moving process. I am the Customer Services Coordinator in the Relocation Department here at Beverly-Hanks & Associates.

Services we offer include:

• Personal consultation to discuss your real estate needs and help answer any preliminary questions before talking with an agent.
• We will personally select an agent to assist you who specializes in the area in which you are looking.
• Agent selection based on personality.
• Move management assistance.
• If your real estate search is outside of our service areas, we have nationwide network of contacts to help you find an agent in your area.

Services specifically for our clients relocating from out of town include:

• An area tour of Asheville, Hendersonville and/or the surrounding communities. 
• Assistance with accommodations and travel.
• We can provide you with an area information package for the Asheville, Hendersonville and surrounding areas before you visit so you may so you can see what our area has to offer.
• If you have a home to sell, we also have a nationwide network to help you find a reputable and professional agent in your area.
