We are in a softening market and prices continue to fall, but the percentage of homes under contract each month remains constant and the interest rates are still very low.  There are many businesses moving into our fair city.  Establishments like the Peppermill Hotel Casino and Renown continue to expand, which shows their commitment to the region and their continued confidence in its growth.   Our unemployment rate is very low, traffic is minimal, climate is moderate, and we are located in a great geographic area.
