She helped us with information on all utilities, trash pick up etc. I must tell you that the entire transaction went smooth, and without a hitch. Charlene was always available and returned calls promptly. Charlene wasn?t happy unless we were happy. She followed through with everything from being on time at our first meeting to meeting with us when we came down to celebrate our new purchase. "
