I started my Real Estate career on July 18, 2001. I went to work for a loan officer in Orange County processing and originating loans to learn the ins and outs of the business. I wanted to understand the different types of loans that were available, the different challenges that everyday people faced, how to overcome all the challenges of getting a loan, and everything else that was required. After all the more I understood about the process, the better I could help people. I started in this business because I enjoy helping people, and what better way to help them than to help them achieve the American Dream.
I spent five years working as a loan officer for different loan companies, successfully helping hundreds of clients and friends fulfill their dream of owning a home. In early 2006, I switched over to being a Real Estate Agent. I was tired of just sitting behind a desk doing paperwork and making phone calls. I wanted to get out and meet people face to face, take them around and show them the different homes that were available to them and help them actually find the home they would live in for years to come.
So far I love the decision I have made. Knowing both the loan side and real estate side gives me a unique perspective on helping average people obtain the American Dream.
