Squanicook associates has been selling, leasing and managing residential and commercial Real Estate since 1986. We also specialize in land sales.

My Experience

I have been a Realtor for 12 years and reside in the town of Pepperell, MA  I am also a past Residential Real Estate Appraiser.  I specialize in selling, leasing and managing residential and commercial properties in most parts of Middlesex, Essex and Worcester Counties.  

I also recently graduated with my Associates in Science in Paralegal Studies.

My Specialties

I am very familiar with many towns and cities, however, Pepperell, Townsend, Ashby, Groton, Littleton, Chelmsford, Billerica, Wilmington, Lowell and Tewksbury have been primarily where I have leased and sold throughout my career.  

I specialize in determining accurate property values, relocation clients, first time home buyers and commercial leasing.  I welcome any referrals in my area and will recriprocate to you when I have a client moving out of my area.
