Charlotte Stilwell is a dedicated Broker-Associate with years of experience in relocation and local residential moves.

About me....

I started in real estate in 2001 and was quickly hired by a top team as a buyer representative focusing in relocation, where I worked for about 3 years. I learned the ins and outs of relocation and enjoyed showing transferees Houston and the surrounding areas and all that this area has to offer.

In addition, I worked as an appraiser apprentice studying the appraisal business for about a year. The experience I gained was invaluable in learning to correctly price properties. I obtained my loan officer license and originated loans for several years but decided I preferred working 100% in real estate sales. The knowledge I gained by originating loans has helped me tremendously in my business allowing me to assist buyers, along with my preferred lender, throughout the process.

Over the years, I've worked with buyers and sellers in traditional moves as well as relocation, short sales, and estate sales. I work in all price ranges, but specialize in fine homes and ranches.

I am a full time agent so I felt that I should excel in my profession.  I studied for and passed the broker license exam and now hold my broker license working as a Broker-Associate. I have also obtained my ABR and CRS designations, as well as several top producer awards along the way.

Real estate is my passion and I feel blessed to get to do this job every day!  I feel that nothing is more satisfying than having all smiles at closing.  Most of my business is referral based and I take pride in knowing I've done my best and earned the trust of my clients.

I have had the pleasure of working in many areas including and surrounding Houston.  I currently live and office in Magnolia, but I have experience in many areas to include not only Magnolia, but also Spring, The Woodlands, Champions, Tomball, Hockley, Waller, Montgomery, Willis, Cypress, Katy, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Richmond/Rosenberg, Mid-Town, The Heights, Montrose, etc.

I am a well rounded Realtor with experience in all types of residential sales and purchases.  I have worked with first time buyers and enjoyed the process - there is nothing better than helping a first time buyer learn the process and enjoy it!  I also have years of experience with relocation buyers and sellers and understand their specific needs.

Mainly what I specialize in these days are the purchase and sale of fine homes, ranch property, and vacant residential land.  I do work in all price ranges, however, and also have experience in residential leasing, so don't hesitate to give me a call for all your real estate needs.
