I have been licensed first as a Sales Associate and later as a Broker since the mid 1970's.  As an agent I sold farms and estates, land, and residential property in Central Virginia.  For most of my career I have been a Real Estate Educator and am a Licensed Instructor in Virginia.  My affiliation with Montague, Miller & Company has been wonderful.  We are in our 60th year of business as a full service firm with 9 branches from Culpeper, Virginia to Amherst County.  Our Waynesboro office in the Shenandoah Valley allows us to reach over the Blue Ridge Mountains.
