About Us:

I have been selling real estate for over 25 years.  I have travelled extensively and have sold real estate in England, Canada and now in Maryland.  My experience in moving around the corner and around the world has helped me work with many clients in coordinating their home sale and purchase.  Nothing is more gratifying to me than seeing your face at settlement when you finish signing the paperwork and you get the keys to your new home. 

I have completed the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation and the CIAS (Certified Investor Agent Specialist) program.  I am e-Pro certified and have completed special training to work with military relocatees and Cartus referrals and have completed a background check.  I completed the Champion Residential Investment Specialist (CRIS) program.  I specialize in working with residential investment clients.  I help clients identify their investment goals and help them realize their dreams.  I will help you identify your next investment property but my services do not stop there, I will consult with you in order to renovate  your property to meet what the market wants to purchase and I will help you sell that property for a profit and identify your next project.  I have successfully negotiated many transactions for clients and clients have realized financial wealth with my teams assistance. 

In 2006 we were awarded the Century 21 Ruby Masters Award for sales Excellence.  In 2005 we were awarded the Century 21 Diamond Master's Award for sales excellence.  We also received the Century 21 H. T. Brown Centurion award for sales excellence.

I have teamed up with Skip Roper and together we form the Charm City Home Team.  We specialize in old and historic homes and have specific knowledge about historic tax credits and tips and techniques for restoring old homes to their former splendor.  We also work extensively with Investors who purchase homes in need of restoration, renovate, then resell.  We are also very familiar with rental investment properties and are eager to help you purchase just the right investment property for your growing portfolio.

I have completed the Cartus Mobility programs to work with people who are relocating to the Baltimore area and also with people who are moving away.  Having moved great distances myself my clients feel that I can identify with them and am able to help them prepare for their next move.
