About Cynthia Hash:
With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, I have been helping clients buy and sell homes and land in Charlottesville and Central to Western, VA since 1999. I am a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams Realty, a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), an Affordable Housing Advisor (AHA), a Certified Short Sale Specialist (CSSS), Certified REO Property Specialist (CRPS) and have my "Green" sustainable properties designation through the National Association of Realtors.
As a Realtor, I believe I have been successful because of my vast and multied experience in real estate, a focus on people more than commissions, personal integrity and commitment, and a high level of thoroughness and attention to detail in meeting every client's needs.
My background in the industry began in 1981 as a Real Estate Title Insurance Examiner, then Underwriter. In the 1990's, I worked for a real estate settlement company, and, in 1999, my desire to work more directly with the public prompted me to obtain my Realtor's License. I currently work with buyers and sellers of all ages, cultures and walks of life, and deal with all types of properties.
I am also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, Charlottesville Albemarle Area Association of Realtors, Active Adult Living, the Charlottesville Chamber of Commerce, Senior Center, Realtor.com, Homes.com, National Care Planning Council, and more.
