About Me:

I have been in the mortgage business with Peoples Home Equity since my wife and I moved to Nashville in June of 2004.  I love helping my clients find the right financial solution to fit their particular situation.  I work with a wide variety of clientelle from first time homebuyers to seasoned investors.  I take pride in being an honest lender who gets things done fast.

Areas of Expertise

I specialize in the Real Estate markets of Tennessee.  I concentrate mostly on the purchase business, but also close a good amount of refinances.  Our rates are second to none.  We are a direct lender, but also have the ability to broker loans to over 70 different banks.  I have the abilitly to close loans from start to finish in as little as 5 to 7 business days.
