We’re happy to work with you and here’s what our consultations includes: We’ll systematically and objectively look at your home from the same point of view as your home’s buyer. We’ll make note of the first impression your home makes, and study the layout of your home, its traffic patterns, lighting, paint, and needed repairs. Then we’ll draw up a detailed written report recommending personalized "Staging" strategies you can use to sell your home faster and for more money. We’ll include information that will enhance your home buyer’s first impressions and how-to info so you can play up your home’s best features and strengths and minimize its weaknesses. You’ll receive ‘curb appeal’ recommendations, room-by-room Staging to-do’s, and even ways to make your home look like a “model home!” We’ll also give you some garage organization ideas. We’ll also give you information that will help you prepare for Open Houses and REALTOR showings. Armed with this information You can make your own home ready for sale, or proceed to hire AZ Home Staging Solutions to do the work for you!
Depending on your home’s size, the Consultation takes approximately. 2 to 4 hours.
We also offer an "EXPRESS CONSULTATION" which take about one hour. We verbally evaluate and make suggestions for each room while the seller takes notes. The seller can then implement the recommended changes themselves.
• Full Staging Services – After we do our consultation, AZ Home Staging Solutions can also implement the changes we recommend – and it only takes a day or two. Full-service Staging is the most turnkey way to prepare your house for the real estate marketplace. We’ll use your existing furniture and accessories to create a whole new look in your home by rearranging current placement, remove unnecessary personal items, and de-clutter for the most dramatic possible impact to maximize your home’s appeal to prospective buyers. Our talented staff can add style and make the most of your home, highlighting the architectural detail and drawing attention to you home’s best assets.

• Vacant Home Staging –We can completely or partially "Stage" your home with attractive furnishings and accessories. AZ Home Staging Solutions has a large inventory of beautiful, quality accessories for rent or purchase at reasonable rates! We’ll work with you to obtain furnishings based on your budget. Should you need to rent furniture and/or accessories from a rental company, we’ll arrange to accept delivery and complete the Staging that day and to return for the rental pick up.
