Hi, I'm Cheri Piles with RE/MAX Parkside Affiliates. I currently serve the Thurston, northern Lewis, western Grays Harbor and Shelton areas of Mason Counties. I have been in the real estate industry for over 17 years. Serving buyers and sellers as an agent four the last Seven. We are honored to say we had Cheri Piles of RE/MAX Parkside out of Tumwater, WA representing us on our recent home purchase. She made buying a "New" home a breeze. Compared to our last experience which seemed more complicated to our surprise, as to the difference of each transaction.
We sold our 1st home in April of 2008 and moved out of Washington State in August 2008 to my/Carolyn's home State of New Jersey. We resided there till January 2009. We as a family had returned to Washington State due to the economy and Job reasons, leaving behind family there. We found ourselves in a renting situation for about a year, which did set us back financially. Being that we were once previous homeowners we all wanted back into a home, as to our experience renting a shared Duplex had it's down falls.
Before leaving for New Jersey originally we wrestled our decision, as to stay or go back East. We 1st met Cheri in the Spring of 2008 as we visited Prairie Point/Hinkle Homes, Inc., with Remax in Rochester. We loved the homes there and in particular loved Lot 21. We longed to go back East as a dream to make things work, but unfortunately it did not work out. When we returned from New Jersey we got in touch again with Cheri. She suggested we get our debt Ratio down before even applying for the home loan. We focused on our goal and in less than 1 yr we were on our way of purchasing our brand new home! In mid October 2009 we were approved and that same day John Hinkle's Crew broke ground. Needless to say, we were very excited!
Cheri worked intensely with us explaining all details and adding not only her professional skills but adding her down to earth caring charm to make our home choices, personal for us! This involved the paint, flooring, carpeting, rock and appliances. She promptly returned every call that came her way, which totally impressed us! She always had time and an answer within that day, communicating with our Outstanding Builder John Hinkle and Republic Mortgage Company with James Nesbit! We are so honored to have dealt with such fine Professional individuals!
The Hinkle Building Crew does Professional fine quality work in such a short period of time! We signed on December 29th 2009 and were given the keys to our new home on December 31st, with the push of these fine builders and the help of James Nesbit pushing the papers through the bank quickly to help us move over the Holiday weekend!
As new Home owners we would like to Thank all of you involved deeply for going above and beyond your job to give us this Beautiful home and to make our dream home come true for our family! This is such a quiet peaceful place we find as our paradise on Earth, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! John surely makes our surroundings beautiful here, too! We love being "Home"!
To make things even more personal we were presented with a gift made from Cheri Piles. She surprised us with a unique and beautiful personally designed scrapbook of our home building process from start to finish! This was absolutely beautiful and brought happy tears to my eyes! She is not only our Realtor but a friend for Life! I am writing this in Recognition of these fine Professionals who deserve to be noticed, above and beyond the duty of their job responsibilities!
