As a Realtor since 2000 and a Broker Associate since 2006 in the Austin area, I have developed negotiating skills through extensive training and real life experiences while still being able to maintain a trustworthy position with clients and Realtors. Involved with numerous transactions including residential homes, investment properties, vacant lots, acreage, small developments and commercial transactions gives me a vast amount of knowledge that I gladly share with my clients.

In 2006, I became a Partner and invested into Capital City Sotheby's International Realty. It has always been a goal to become an investor in a real estate company and after joining Capital City Sotheby's International Realty in 2005, I realized this company was unique for the Austin area and felt it was time to make the investment.

I love real estate and my passion is evident with each transaction, regardless of the property. I understand that every client is important to the continued success of my business so I strive to work professionally, ethically and honestly so clients call me the next time they talk to someone about real estate or need to buy or sell a home.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter and the family dogs. My husband and I also enjoy investing in the real estate market and feel Austin is a great market to invest in.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and continue to educate myself by taking advanced negotiating, marketing, technology and sales training to stay ahead of the typical Realtor. In 2007 I will achieve the CRS designation and the GRI designation. The CRS designation is one of the highest designations a Residential Realtor can achieve and I am proud that I will achieve this in 2007.

As a property owner in the Lakeway area for over 9 years now, I specialize in the area in helping buyers and sellers buy and sell property. I have helped anyone from first time homebuyers to those clients looking for a second home. For sellers, I am familiar with the market and the area agents so I am able to help build a unique marketing plan around their property to get their home sold with the sellers objectives in mind.

 Recently I purchased a condo in downtown Austin and will be relocating my family in 2008. I am intrigued by our changing market and because of this have put a lot of effort into researching all of the downtown condo projects going up downtown. I have become a downtown specialist and can help buyers determine which project fits their needs the best based on their situation. I have also helped clients buy and sell homes in the SOCO area as well as other central Austin neighborhoods. I am becoming a central Austin specialist and can tell any buyer the pros and cons of different areas in regards to location, schools, type of homes available, price ranges, distance to eating and shopping, etc.
