After Bob's successful business career as President and CEO of a major corporation, the Halls moved back to the basics, departing the hustle and bustle of New Jersey to settle in the charming countryside of Vermont. Never content to simply relax, Bob & Penny bought an apple orchard and became full-time farmers. They opened a country store, which grew into a well-known gourmet food products market, and a bakery, culminating in a 38 state mail-order business.
The benefits from this experience are extensive. Penny learned that she enjoyed the administrative end of the business, handling all the details of the different operations. Bob excelled at promotions, marketing and working one-on-one with customers. These complementary skills mesh perfectly in their careers as real estate specialists. The next step in the Hall’s career found them helping folks buy and sell homes in the beautiful Sarasota/Bradenton area of Florida. Although they loved the warmth and sunshine of the Gulf Coast, they decided that they would rather be with their family on the Eastern Shore.
Still feeling the desire to help others, Bob & Penny are continuing their success in real estate serving home buyers and sellers as associates with Champion Realty in Talbot, Dorchester, Queen Annes, Kent and Caroline Counties.
