About Me:
I fell in love with real estate after attending different seminars at Robert Allen Institute, Enlightened Millionaire Institute (now Enlightened Wealth Institute) and Millionaire Academy several years ago. Even I was looking at the real estate from the perspective of a Real Estate Investor, many people asked me why I did not take real estate license since I like so much real estate. At the end I did and became Real Estate Salesperson in 2006 and Real Estate Broker in 2007. My desire to learn more and more about this field does not stop me even now from learning, so I continue to attend real estate seminars and the ones about negotiation and persuasion. Continuing education is important part of my life.
The fact that I entered into real estate through real estate investment training gives me different approach to deals and enables me to think creatively to close the deal or to help Buyers to get the house they want. I inform the Sellers about creative financing and how to stage their house for sale.
I also help people understand real estate market and very often offer free advice even I know that they are/will not be my clients, but I believe that my honesty and truthfulness will bring me the clients through their recommendation. Buyers and Sellers benefit from my free Comparative Market Analysis of their home or the home they wish to buy. Every Seller gets free Virtual Tour of their property from me and free advertising.

I am working with real estate investors, sellers, first time home buyers, renters, builders and all others who want to know what is going on on housing market.
My preferred area of work are Chicago west suburbs (Brookfield, La Grange, La Grange Park, La Grange Highlands, Countryside, Lyons, Indian Head Park, Clarendon Hills, Westmont, Western Springs, Westchester, Willowbrook, Hinsdale, Burr Ridge, Lisle, Oak Park, Bolingbrook, Romeoville, Downers Grove etc. ) but I am working in other areas too.
I speak fluently Serbian, Italian (BA of Art - Italian Language and Literature), Bosnian and Croatian what enables me to cover different markets and approach different Sellers and Buyers.
