About me/Hobbies,interest and pledge:

As a Realtor over the past several years I have seen the market peak and over the last 2 years watched it slow down and all but come to a hault. I have seen banks close their doors with in minutes of a buyer ready to close on a dream home.  I have watched sellers price their property so high over what the market can bring that buyers have never scheduled appts. to view their home.  At no point did I turn my back on the career I enjoy so much.  I understand the hardships that this ever changing real estate market has brought on. 

I realize how many home owners have been met with tuff challanges due to the market.  I feel for everyone who has been forced to give up the home they worked so hard for. Togather we will over come these difficult times.  Millions have lost their jobs and have been forced to take pay cuts, therefore buyers are concerned about taking on the challange of buying a home.  I UNDERSTAND!  These things will get better for all of American and people will beging to own their own real estate again.

 

Marketing is very important in this business, good techniques and creative ideas and the use of new technology is key.    I  offer my personal real estate web site, company web site,  free searching of the multi listing system via my we site. Personally I am a subscriber to one of the largest powered real estate sites, Realtor.com by doing so I can edit and personalize the listings I place in the system. This feature makes the listing just shine.  Additionaly I am a subscriber to many other on line tools for buyers and sellers.   Routinely I deliver updated information to the Aberdeen Proving Ground post housing department and follow up on the path that BRAC is taking in Aberdeen.  When I am not on the go with work I enjoy most of all watching my two childern Brittani, Cameron grow with their many accomplishments and growing experiences.  My husband Michael is my support and is always there for me offering guidance and valuable tips.   Boating, swimming, water sports, watching football are just a few things I enjoy.  I  find gardening in the spring and summer relaxing and rewarding as well as decorating my home.  Vacationing in the islands is where I look forward to spending a week during the cold winter months!
