Certified Home Inspector located in the Lakes Region of NH. Serving the lakes and Mountains region and beyond. We are a full service independantly owned company with over 2000 inspections performed.

About Us:

 I am a life long resident of Meredith. I have worked in all phases of construction for the past 27 years.

As a Home Inspector with my background I have found my niche, where inspecting homes is second nature to me.

It is a great feeling to go to work every day knowing that I am assisting my clients in making the right decisions

to become a safe and happy home owner. I love my job!!

Areas of Expertise

My areas of expertise are all phases of new construction, restoration and remodeling. Working in the construction business as a carpenter and construction project manager for over 25 years, combined with my certification with American Home Inspectors Training Institute makes inspecting houses second nature to me.
