Expertise: My expertise lies in my ability utilize the Multiple Listing Service, the County tax records and my own statistics to thoroughly analyze the market and to accurately price a property any where in the San Diego area.
Communication: My clients can usually reach me by cell phone 24/7. If I happen to be busy with another client when you call, I return phone calls the same business day I receive them. For less urgent questions or needs, I check my emails daily.
