- As a realtor based in Stone Ridge I cover Ulster County, NY, with a specialty in vacation and weekend homes or land. I also am enthusiastic about working with other residential or commercial clients
My Background
I originally started in real estate in 2002 part time. Now I have become a full time Prudential Nutshell Salesperson. My previous career was working in Managed Care as a Health Policy Analyst and in Quality areas.
Having lived in many places across the county, I have personal experience in home sales in all kinds of markets over a number of years. I moved to the New Paltz area in the early 90s and love the nearness of the Mohonk Preserve, Hudson River, and the Catskills. And all this open space is close to NYC!
My love of the area, market knowledge and ability to help people define and find the homes they want, make me a strong realtor.
I was able to build my dream home recently. You'll see me repeat, "The Dream is in the Details" AND "The Deal is in the Details".
My Personal Interests include: Rock climbing, kayaking, biking, hiking, gardening. I was involved in the creation of the Gunks Climbers Coalition and am a Life Member of the Mohonk Preserve.
Areas of Expertise
I have listed and sold many larger parcels of land - 10 to around 100 acres as well as different priced houses. This includes New Paltz, Esopus, and Cragsmoor along with experience in Stone Ridge and other areas of the county.
Working with clients from out of the area who are intrigued by the Parks, Preserve and open spaces, I help them find homes that meet their requirements for efficient commutes to the City or closeness to other areas of interest.
