My current qualifications and education include:  Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing, Licensed by the California Dept of Real Estate, Registered Tax Preparer with the California Tax Education Council, Member of the National Association, California Assiciation and North San Diego County Associations or Realtors, Mortgage Divisions Founder, past experience as marketing director, credit analyst, and finance and leasing national account executive.
