I Believe.....
If you want a full time agent that is constantly looking for something new - I'm the one. Every day, I'm in the office, answering phones, showing property, walking lots & tracts and in general earning every cent I make the hard way. Many agents are having a tough time now and I truly feel for them but I also believe that if you want it to happen, it's up to you to make it happen. Not selling million dollar homes this month? How about a gorgeous 300 acre hunting tract. Fewer first time buyers? Educate yourself on the newest FHA programs (some of which are really cool.). In other words........adapt. The real estate market has had some pretty nasty down times in the past and undoubtedly will again. This too shall pass.
Service with a Star
I don't care whether it's a client or another agent, if you need help, I'm here. Lake Oconee can be difficult to navigate - we're a 'Christmas tree' lake - you know, in one cove, out the other. That can make it tough on anyone new to the area. Need help getting around? I'm there for you. Not sure what the neighborhood is like? I can send pictures and fax info. I don't care WHO brings the buyer - all my listings are cheerfully co-opped and I'll pay a 25% referral if you want to save the gas money. Your clients will be in safe, professionally competent hands all the way. I won't waste their time ( or mine ) showing them inappropriate properties that aren't what they want. They will always get service with a star - or four.
Working for the clients
Chris was the selling agent for our lake home. She kept my agent, as well as ourselves constantly updated on the status of the contract and returned our calls promptly. She is a professional with a personal interest in all of her clients, either on the selling or buying end. J & J Ingle
