Chris Quinn

     I am a fifth generation local born and raised in Bend, Oregon.  I have long family ties and a vast network of friends throughout Central Oregon.  Beyond Bend I have spent time in Southern Oregon and various places on the East Coast.  All the while I knew I wanted to pursue a career in real estate here on the high desert.

     I too am an active member of the Bend Chamber of Commerce, local and national real estate associations, various non-profit organizations and help with community events.

     My experiences go beyond the sales aspect of real estate.  I have more than ten years combined experience in the building side of the industry.  These include framing, finish carpentry, roofing, siding and project management.

Mr. Quinn recently helped us obtain 40 undeveloped acres in the Tumalo area.  The deal became difficult due to changing demands from the sellers.  Because of his ability to remain calm and focused, he brought us and the seller's Realtor to reasonable agreement.  We felt he kept our interests uppermost in all dealings.  Mr. Quinn will be our Realtor for any future purchases and comes recommended without reservation.

Chris Quinn acted as our Realtor in the purchase of a bare land parcel, John and Chris in the sale of our home.  The land purchase was a complicated transaction involving several counter offers and considerable knowledge of land zoning, covenants, irrigation, etc. and he was able to bring it to a successful resolution despite these challenges.  They were able to sell our home within two weeks, at full asking price, in a very time and energy efficient manner.  Chris was very responsive and proactive in both transactions.  I have been very pleased with his services.
