About Christine

Christine Beaur-Mortezaie made a career changes from international marketing and advertising for Fortune 100 companies and became a REALTOR in Long Beach CA. She thought she knew the "home" business. Over the last 25 years she and her husband had bought, remodeled and sold several homes. While she enjoys the continuous challenges of real estate and serving her clients well, she learned very quickly that this would require a lot of expertise, dedication and commitment.

Christine has a passion for Southern California. It has so much to offer! She has lived and worked in Los Angeles and Orange County. She is curious and never takes the same road twice - practically! Growing up in Europe she knew she was going to find something exciting around every corner, whether it was a spectacular historic building, the aroma coming up from a store that bake fresh breads or just looking at a skilled craftsman excelling at his trade. Southern California has also a lot to offer too but it is not always around the corner. You must drive to it.

Christine is an active member of NAWBO, the national association of women business owner and several organizations specializing in Real Estate. She is a past board member of The New City School, a charter school downtown Long Beach. She also started Franco Long Beach, a French speaking Meet-up group in Long Beach. Christine speaks English, French, Spanish and dabbles in Farsi.

On her spare time Christine enjoys jazz and classical music. Nothing pleases her more than cooking a great meal, selecting some good wines for her family and friends or trying some new local restaurants. Christine loves the water and the ocean. When she can take time off she likes the black sandy beaches of Tahiti (croissants there are as good as Paris) or just sailing in Newport Beach.
