I am a rare breed as I am a Southern California Native. I have lived in all parts of Southern California such as Long Beach, Costa Mesa, Dana Point, Laguna Niguel and San Diego.  However, for the last 8 years I have resided in beautiful Laguna Niguel where my two children attend school.  I am very active in the community as I am proud to serve as Team Mom on my children's sports teams and volunteer where I can in their school activities.  In my work ethic, I am extremely honest, ethical and give 110% to my clientele. As far as my education, I attended Cal State Long Beach and then later transferred to San Diego State to complete my Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies.  In addition, I hold a California Real Estate License as well as hold the capacity of a Notary Public.  In an effort  to keep updated on changes in the Real Estate market, I attend seminars and take on Real Estate Business courses as they are offered. 

I am a Residential Sales Specialist in South Orange County and have experience in dealing with First Time home buyers, Sales of existing homes and in Residential leases. So. Orange County offers many wonderful neighborhoods from beachfront properties to exclusive gated communities and it is important to find a realtor that has extensive knowledge of these areas.  Therefore, because I am a So. California Native I have a comprehensive understanding of what our area has to offer every home buyer.  I am very picky about the type of people I refer to my clients when it comes to Services as I expect them to hold to the same work ethics, morals and education  I possess.  Therefore, my team is comprised of experts in their fields such as Escrow, Title, Loan Officers, Home Inspectors, etc, who have at least 7- 20  years of experience in their fields.  I wouldn't expect anything less from a Realtor so why should you?

For my sellers, I provide excellent service by explaining: the process of listing a home, marketing techniques, follow up, negotiations, and escrow.

For my buyers, I give excellent service by listening to their needs, providing up to the date email on new homes that have come on the market, working around their schedule, excellent negotiation skills, and explaining their responsibilities during escrow and help them with a smooth transaction.
