I don't necessarily specialize in one specific type of seller or buyer.  I feel that I can work with anybody, it's a matter of really understanding who you are working with and what they want to accomplish.  I have learned that I need to educate and encourage rather then dictate.  Couple that with knowledge and guidance and you almost always have success!  I do specialize in helping clients get focused, marketing, negotiating, communication, and follow up.  Below you will read some client testimonials.
