My recent transfer to the Baron Insurance agency has reestablished my faith in sound, reliable, professional as well as personable customer service in Erie insurance. For years I have heard that Erie insurance was the cheapest and best insurance available thru my father. But I procrastinated due to family personal reasons and then when I did finally sign up with Erie thru another agency about a year and a half ago I was disappointed not in the pricing of auto and home insurance but the lack of good Customer service, I felt stranded all alone.
